These terms govern your use of kashyapcomputer.in and any purchase you make from Kashyap Computer. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell tested, refurbished PC components and Mini PCs. “Refurbished” means the item is second-hand, cleaned, tested and graded. Cosmetic wear may exist and is described honestly on each product page.
2. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
- Order confirmation happens only after successful payment or COD verification.
3. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. UPI payments require you to submit the UTR / reference number for verification.

6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach security or scrape content.
- Do not resell listings without permission.
7. Intellectual property
All logos, product photos and text on this site are owned by Kashyap Computer or its suppliers and may not be reused without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss including data loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
