1. Free delivery across India

Every order ships with FREE doorstep delivery anywhere in India. No hidden charges.

2. Dispatch time

Orders placed before 4 PM (IST) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Otherwise the next working day.

3. Transit time

• Metros (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days.
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days.
• Remote pin codes may take 1–2 extra days.

4. Tracking

You will receive an SMS / WhatsApp with the tracking ID as soon as your order is picked up by the courier. You can also visit Track Order and enter your order number and phone.

5. Packaging

All items are packed with anti-static wrap, shock-absorbing foam and sturdy outer boxes to protect against transit damage.

6. Delivery issues

If the parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours. We arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Cash on Delivery

COD is available across India with no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready.
